Look up to see blue sky and notice that the sun is always there.
As signs of spring increase you may notice your spirits lifting. This is a good time to reflect on the winter that is coming to an end and notice what you have learned as you begin to move towards the light and warmth of spring.
Finding your way is your opportunity for personal development, support and exploration of some new ideas in a small, friendly group. We will take our inspiration from nature: the cycle of the four seasons so the theme of this meeting will be ‘off with old, on with the new’.
There will be 4 meetings a year and you are welcome to attend any or all of them although there will only be twelve places available.
I will lead the group through a series of activities designed to encourage constructive reflection and positive forward thinking. As the seasons proceed you will be building the future you would choose for yourself and those around you.
