What on Earth is Neuro-Linguistic Programming?

It is often said that NLP has many strengths and its name isn’t one of them! That’s why I call it New Life Perspectives.

NLP’s recognition and popularity are growing. It is easily learned and is a very effective form of applied psychology that everyone can use. In a series of one day workshops you can discover some of the fundamental principles of what Psychology Today magazine called “The most powerful vehicle for change in existence”.

Each workshop can be taken individually and if you enjoy one you might like to come to them all. It’s up to you.

Today you will learn anchoring, a basic NLP technique that can allow you to choose how you feel, think and behave.

We will also begin to explore the pre-suppositions or underlying principles of the NLP approach to life.

NLP is all about doing something new so, as well as demonstrations, there will be opportunities to have a try at some fascinating techniques.
